Travel Insurance & (Covid-19) Travel advisory Policy :

We are writing this statement based on the occurrence that has been taking place concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19). We ask that all past and future members follow the proper steps to making sure they are healthy and secured when traveling with us. Though COVID testing is no longer required to travel, we do ask for everyone to be transparent and responsible when it comes to your health. It is required to have Travel Insurance to come to one of our trips.

We want to share a few things below that will best help us work together with the current state of travel and to be very transparent as we are a company with integrity.

  • If you have a trip booked with us, you should already have purchased your travel and or medical travel insurance as it was highly advised. The insurance will secure the cost of your trip and refund you any cost disruptions of your trip. Please refer to our F.A.Q section on our site for a list of approved insurance companies (F.A.Q) section.
  • At CarnivalJumpers we understand that you entrust in us in securing your transportation, housing, costumes and event tickets, but please understand that we are not the curators of these events and are only a liaison company that assists in securing these services on your behalf. We, just like you are subject to the terms and policies of said services.  which is why we have strict policies in our welcome letters that advise that we DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS and will discuss credits for future events based on what has been paid and if cancellations happen prior to deadline.

We strongly encourage anyone who is not feeling well to remain at home and take the recommended precautions from the official CDC and WHO websites pertaining to travel, Hygiene and health to stay healthy. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate taking further measures as warranted to protect and support our customers.
